I loved this hotel. The location was super convenient for transportation. The tram station was close. I also enjoyed a good breakfast with several options. The staff provided free espresso coffee and filtered water. The building itself is beautiful and well maintained.
The hotel room was not very clean. I saw stains on the sheets plus mold in the bathroom. This was a significant downside for me.

The hotel is conveniently located. It's a short walk from the train station. The waterfront is also close, about 10 minutes away. Many cafes and parks are nearby for recreation.

The breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. The breakfast room is tastefully decorated. I found it good, exceeding French standards. Reception offers water to take to the rooms.

The room was acceptable. It had a bed.
The noise isolation was nonexistent i could hear everything. the housekeeping was on a strange schedule. They knocked before 9 am some days and did not come at all on others. the shower water was barely lukewarm.

the staff were very kind and caring. they spoke english which was nice.
i found half of the power outlets in the room not working. the one in the bathroom was not strong enough for my hair straightener so i had to use one next to the bed. twice i found ants on me

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was close to the tram stop. The room was clean and well kept. A coffee machine with capsules was available.
The breakfast table was often not fully stocked. Staff did not always react quickly to restock items. The rooms were quite small. We had limited space to open suitcases.
